Spectra (and designations) from the Hamburg-ESO objective prism survey.

This was curated in 2007 by Norbert Christlieb, who rsynced it here.
We'd like to have it as the one true source for HE designations (Mail
exchange between Markus and Norbert in Sept 2025)

The plate-id here is apparently transliterated into ES<plate-id>a on
applause.plate.plate_num.  I don't know where the a comes from (I've
asked Harry).
